Aspire Coaching is designed for the busy, ambitious driven women, who have spent years prioritizing their career, friends, family and as a result, saw their own body, health and confidence being put on the back burner.
They aspire to achieve and experience more from life, but their own body and mind holds them back.
For us, fitness is not just about fat loss. Fitness is multifaceted, and the only way to build the best version of yourself, is to support all layers of you as a human being.
The 3 core areas we build with our women are their dream body, an empowered mindset and a balanced lifestyle.
Our mission is to show every woman that they truly can achieve a healthy strong body that they love, whilst building a level of mental resilience and confidence that propels them forwards in life, regardless of the demands and hurdles thrown at them. This peak performance we achieve across their body and mind empowers them to dominate in their professional and personal lives to become the very best version of themselves.
Unlike other programmes, we design our plans around your work, life and time commitments. We know that your schedule and life demands will also change, perhaps you’re traveling for work, busy with the children, going away on holiday, and hence, we’ll adjust your plan to meet you at any given time in your life.
We understand consistency is often the hardest component for many, yet it’s also the key to success. Therefore, we help you manage your expectations so that you don’t ever find yourself overwhelmed or burning out, because fitness should not do that to you.
Our Lifestyle Approach
At Aspire Coaching, we believe in creating a sustainable lifestyle change.
We teach you how to fit fitness into your life, and not your life into fitness. Our approach is physical and mental health focused, because you can’t excel in one without the other.
To build the best version of you, we teach you how to set healthy personal and work boundaries, to become more assertive with your wishes and needs, we break you out of your self-limiting beliefs through our in-house psychotherapy and ultimately help you create a more balanced lifestyle. As a result, we unlock greater productivity, energy and success in all areas of your life.
Our nutrition is completely bespoke and tailored towards your body, goals, lifestyle and personal preferences. We don’t believe in removing foods from your diet, but rather, adding more, fueling your body in a balanced 80/20 approach. We believe in teaching, not just telling you what to do, hence you’ll be given all the knowledge and skills to eat intuitively and mindfully for the rest of your life.
We guide you to become your stronger, fittest and healthiest self by optimizing your exercise plan to work smarter, not harder. We work with women of all experience levels, from complete beginners to those who have already spent years in the gym. Our plans are completely bespoke to you and can be done at home and the gym, or a mixture of both to meet you where you’re at.
We empower you to understand exercise principles through unlimited video form checks because the goal is always to educate you.
Your plan will always take into account your time availability, work demands and life stressors, and will be adjusted to meet changes in your life demands, this way we prevent any overwhelm or expectations to over-deliver which is where consistency drops off.
This is everything to us. You will only take your body as far as you can take your mind. We build a growth mindset in all our women through our in-house psychotherapy with regular training from our in-house 13 years accredited psychotherapist.
Alongside this, we cultivate self-compassion, love and confidence in our women to release them from their self-limiting beliefs, critical self-talk and doubts that hold them back. We enable them to sit in the driver’s seat of their life.
To create a sustainable lifestyle change, we help you in breaking out of past poor habits such as emotional eating, binge eating, mindless snacking, irregular sleep cycles, endless phone scrolling and other habits that drain your energy and productivity.
Our community is made up of women from all across the world and from all walks of life, it’s a sisterhood that’s created to make you feel part of something bigger. You’ll find that the challenges, past experiences and hurdles you’ve had in your fitness journey are common within the community and from here on out, you’ll never feel alone in your journey.
We’ll hold you accountable through 24-7 access to your coach on WhatsApp, a community WhatsApp group and private Facebook Community. Alongside this, you have unlimited 1-1 calls with your success coach, alongside weekly team zoom calls at your disposal.

It’s so lovely to have you here! My names Chenyang Zhao and I’m the proud founder of Aspire Coaching.
I was born in Auckland, New Zealand and have lived in London, Bali and now Dubai.
Aspire Coaching was born from my passion in empowering women to take back control of their body, to build unstoppable confidence, and a balanced lifestyle so that they could excel further in all areas of their life.
I’m growth minded and absolutely obsessed with challenging myself to become better in all aspects of life. I’ve been through everything our women have and are currently going through.
I grew up struggling with low confidence and self-esteem, I spent years having exercise and food take over my life, feeling completely burnt out by fitness. I fell for all the ridiculous diets that left me feeling like a failure. I’d tried PTs, Online Guides, YouTube Workouts but never saw the results I wanted, especially when life became unpredictable and stressful.
I was never able to set healthy boundaries, to put myself first, to say no to people and things that did not serve me.
Fitness and working on myself over the last few years transformed my life. It started with just wanting to lose fat, tone up, overcome my insecurities and get in better shape, but it became a complete journey of growth, self development and exploration of my further potential.
I wake up everyday now aspiring to become more, to achieve and experience more in life. I always lead from the front, and this is what enables me to tap into the full potential of all the women we work with.
Prior to founding Aspire Coaching, I was working at a management consulting firm. I saw the daily struggles and challenges faced as a busy professional, how easy it was to have your career demands completely take over your own health. This made me realize just how necessary it was for ambitious women to have the support, accountability and plan to allow them to excel in their career, but NOT at the expense of themselves.
Career success should never come at the cost of yourself, that isn’t true success.
My past experiences and personal journey is what draws women all over the world to work with.
